"I feel as though I am entering history here in Weimar. The city is magical, not only because of Liszt, but also because of Goethe, Bach and Hummel. 'Small is beautiful' as Shakespeare said. I love Weimar. Liszt lends the masterclasses a special spirit. The teaching experience is different with each student; you have to adjust to their individual needs. The bottom line for me is searching for the truth in the interpretation."
