Virtual organization of courses with Moodle
Working materials such as texts, links and files can be provided in the virtual course rooms. Moodle also includes tools for communication, collaborative information gathering and editing (wikis), and knowledge review.
Note: You can access the learning platform with your university login. If you have forgotten your password or have problems logging in, please send a messsupport(at)hfm-weimar.de. If you have further questions or problems using Moodle, please contact us at moodle(at)hfm-weimar.de.
The digital document management system Moodledok is used for the central storage of documents. Here, committee documents (invitations, minutes, etc.), accreditation-relevant documents (for example, for the individual internal audits and for system accreditation) or general guidelines for the design of studies and teaching are now stored centrally and made available to all university members.
Note: You can access the document management system with your university login. Access is only possible in the university network or via VPN access in order to protect the possibly sensitive data. If you have further questions or problems using Moodledok, please contact the Staff Unit of Academic Quality and Development at moodledok(at)hfm-weimar.de. For a convenient start you can find more information here: Notes on the use of the system (PDF)
To make it easier for you to access Moodle and its features, we have provided various information:
After logging into Moodle, visit https://moodle.hfm-weimar.de/course/view.php?id=212 for learning videos on questions like, "How do I create a course?" and "How do students get into my course?"
The FAQs are primarily aimed at students ("participants" in courses), but can also be used by teachers. Here you will find answers to questions such as "How do I enroll in a Moodle course?" or "Where can I view my messages?". After logging into Moodle, you can view the FAQs at https://moodle.hfm-weimar.de/course/view.php?id=847.
