Moodle and Moodledok

Virtual organization of courses with Moodle

Working materials such as texts, links and files can be provided in the virtual course rooms. Moodle also includes tools for communication, collaborative information gathering and editing (wikis), and knowledge review.

Document management system Moodledok

The digital document management system Moodledok is used for the central storage of documents. Here, committee documents (invitations, minutes, etc.), accreditation-relevant documents (for example, for the individual internal audits and for system accreditation) or general guidelines for the design of studies and teaching are now stored centrally and made available to all university members.

Note: You can access the document management system with your university login. Access is only possible in the university network or via VPN access in order to protect the possibly sensitive data. Moodle-Lernvideos

After logging into Moodle, visit https://moodle.hfm-weimar.de/course/view.php?id=212 for learning videos on questions like, "How do I create a course?" and "How do students get into my course?"

FAQs

The FAQs are primarily aimed at students ("participants" in courses), but can also be used by teachers. Here you will find answers to questions such as "How do I enroll in a Moodle course?" or "Where can I view my messages?". After logging into Moodle, you can view the FAQs at https://moodle.hfm-weimar.de/course/view.php?id=847.


Moodle is also available as a mobile version for all Android and iOS devices. You can download the app from the Play Store (link to Google) or the App Store (link to Apple).
