Zimmer ab März zu vergeben
Liebe Zimmer -Suchende,
ich bewohne eine 3 -Raum- Wohnung in Weimar West im sanierten Plattenbau.
In ruhiger Lage, mit Blick ins Grüne und Balkon.
Ich habe ein freies Zimmer etwa 16 qm groß zu vermieten.
Die Warmmiete liegt bei 300 € inklusive W-Lan.
Die Wohnung kann nach Wunsch selbst mitgestaltet werden.
Ein paar Möbel sind zur Nutzung vorhanden, bei Bedarf.
Bisher gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine schlicht eingerichtete Küche.
Das Bad ist ausgestattet mit Badewanne.
