The pinboards are a free service of the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar and serve the simple and fast exchange of information.

Responsibility and accountability for pinboard content

The author of a published entry is responsible for its content. The University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar cannot be held responsible for content created by individuals for the pinboards.

The creation of an entry that is contrary to the regulations and/or the law is not permitted. In particular, uses that contain criminal, terrorist, racist, inciting, discriminatory, defamatory, pornographic goals or propaganda for unconstitutional organizations or otherwise violate criminal laws are not permitted.

The Press and Editorial Department of the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar is responsible for the pinboard form - but not for the news content itself; the responsibility for the technical infrastructure lies with the IT Department of the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar (server operation) and the Service Center for Computer Systems and Communication (SCC) of the Bauhaus University Weimar (network operation).

General instructions for use

Entries are first checked by the Press and Editorial Department. Provided that the content complies with the terms of use, the entries will be released. As a rule, this happens promptly, but in individual cases it can take several days. As a rule, entries are only activated on working days. A permanent monitoring of the pinboards is not possible. The editors reserve the right to move entries to more suitable categories and publish them there. 

The pinboard system does not include any functions for external users to change or delete the contents of entries that have already been published. However, entries can be changed or deleted manually by the Press and Editorial Department before their period of validity expires. If you wish to do so, please send a message to pinnwand(at)hfm-weimar.de. However, the validity period remains unaffected. If an extension is desired, the entry must be published again.

Commercial use

The use of the bulletin boards for commercial purposes or a use similar to commercial use is not permitted.

Archiving

The pinboard entries and the personal data published with them are stored on our server for the duration of the publication. After expiration of the entries, all data will be deleted automatically.
