We are aware of our social responsibility and wish to contribute to the issues of a global future, but also act responsibly within the university in our various fields of activity.

Regardless of affiliation with a status group or department, we expect communal effort and responsibility for successful internal operation. On the basis of respectful communication, we work to create a healthy work and study climate.

We have agreed on communication guidelines which are based on the values of an open society and have appointed representatives for the concerns of all members of the university. This community based on an attitude of solidarity is carried out into society by everyone involved with the university.
