Natalia Trull, Russia

She has over 50 piano concertos in her repertoire, but the one Natalie Trull has performed the most and worldwide is the B minor Concerto by Peter I. Tchaikovsky. This pianist is particularly marked by two outstanding appearances: in the Hollywood Bowl with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra under Eri Klas and in the Suntory Hall in Tokyo with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra under Koizumi Kazuhiro. Born in St. Petersburg, this graduate of the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory today teaches there as a professor. She also holds a visiting professorship at the Como Accademia Europea di Musica in Italy. Her career began in 1983 with the 1st prize at the International Piano Competition in Belgrade. Her biggest competition success followed three years later: She won the silver medal at the Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow. Natalia Trull regularly gives masterclasses in the US, South America, Japan, Italy and Germany. As a juror, she has worked in piano competitions in Valsesia (Italy), Madrid (Spain), Porto and Macau (Portugal), Monte Carlo (Monaco) and in Paris (France).
