October 2026: Musicalworkshop with David Fielder
For the second time, the IGM was delighted to welcome David Fielder from Oslo for the musical theatre workshop. Over the course of two and a half days, he guided the participants in authentically portraying the various styles and vocal techniques used in musical theatre. Everyone surpassed their own expectations, not least thanks to his friendly and motivating manner, but also because of the confidence he instilled that they wouldn’t ‘sing out of tune’: David Fielder comes from a classical singing background himself and therefore understands the differences and challenges involved. The workshop culminated in a rousing final concert!
Many thanks, and we hope to see you again next year, David!
