- Conservatoire with Michail Lebed, Diploma with honours
- 1975–1980 Piano studies at the Music Conservatoire "Nikolai Rimski-Korsakow" in Leningrad with Prof. Moissej Chalfin, chamber music with Prof. Marija Karandaschowa, Diploma with honours
- 1981–1982 Further studies with Prof. Walter Olbertz at the Academy of Music "Hanns Eisler" in Berlin
- Since 1980 assistant for coaching
- From 1986 chamber music teacher at the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar and teacher at the Music High School Schloss Belvedere Weimar
- In 1993 Professor of Piano Chamber Music and Coaching in Weimar
- Since 1982 regular work with the Weimar International Music Seminar e.g. Weimar Summer Courses and the International Louis-Spohr-Competition
- Concerts with Tibor Varga, David Wolter, Vaclav Snitil, Yvram Neaman, Florian Sonnleitner and Peter Leisegang
- Participation in courses with Prof. Igor Ozim and Prof. Christiane Hutkap in the Haus Marteau and in the Summer academy at the Mozarteum in Salzburg
- Regular chamber music courses at the Music Academy in Tallinn (Estonia) and at the University of Arts Jyväskylä (Finland)
- Since 2003 participation in the European Commission of the music academies "Chamber Music Project"

- Concerts with different chamber group combinations in St. Petersburg, Florence, Vienna, in the Konzerthaus Berlin, Wartburg concerts, with the Belgian Rundfunk Brussels, Deutschland Berlin and MDR (amongst others)
