Dissemination and evaluation

The university is committed to increasing the visibility of international projects by providing exchange and presentation platforms in order to strengthen synergies within the organization. In particular, practical formats dedicated to the fields of internationalization, transculturality and inclusion (e.g. Transcultural music sessions, ERASMUS+ for all, etc.) will be organized and (further) developed. In addition, a communication concept will be developed for this purpose together with the relevant work units (in particular press and public relations, marketing).

An indicator-based monitoring system will be developed together with the Teaching and Quality Development Department in order to regularly evaluate the progress and effectiveness of the measures and to be able to react to recognizable developments. Suitable instruments for this are the collection of statistical indicators, self-assessments through guided interviews, system surveys and internal audits.

The results are compiled by the International Office, discussed in the Internationalization Working Group and presented to the Senate. After three years, the revision process of the current internationalization strategy will begin by the Internationalization Working Group, which will be published in a written report within the university. The Executive Board and Senate will then decide on how to further develop the current strategy.
