Stephan Danner, Executive and Leadership Coach, Strategy Consultant

Stephan Danner studied business administration at the University of Tübingen and California State University. Since 1993, he has worked for 30 years as a management consultant in various leadership roles at international strategy and management consulting firms. In his role as Senior Partner and member of the international leadership team at Roland Berger and Booz & Company (now Strategy& (PwC)), he was responsible for the international pharma/life sciences business. He worked with CEOs and their teams to develop competitive business, organizational, and leadership models and was responsible for the resulting transformation programs aimed at building new and contemporary capabilities. As an executive coach (INSEAD), he has for several years been supporting executives in the cultural sector in particular and assisting their institutions in developing modern business models and management structures. He is conducting research on the topic of “Opera Management of the Future” as part of a dissertation at the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar, where he has been a lecturer in cultural management since 2025. Stephan Danner is the author of numerous publications and studies.
