Study information:

A consecutive Master’s programme comprising 120 ECTS credits, which broadens and deepens students’ individual skills, qualifying them for a career as a professional musician with a wide range of opportunities in a broad and diverse professional field (in the areas of artistic practice, education or artistic research), whether working on a freelance basis or in a salaried role, Study can commence in either the winter or summer semester

Standard period of study:

4 Semester

Content:

A major in the arts, supplemented where applicable by compulsory modules related to the major in a core area, with the option to tailor the programme to individual interests by selecting relevant compulsory-elective modules in the specialisation area

First subject-specific university degree qualifying for professional practice, passed aptitude test, proof of language level B2 (for international applicants)

Study information:

The Postgraduate Artistic Programme – Concert Diploma is designed to foster artistic excellence at the highest level. The Concert Diploma is equivalent to a PhD. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in piano is required.

Konzertexamen (concert examination)

Standard period of study:

4 Semester

Content:

Postgraduate studies in the main subject with a high proportion of self-study; work studies and chamber music can be chosen as supplementary subjects.

Subject-specific master's or diploma degree, passed aptitude test
