Artistic studies as a major subject with a specialization (artistic or instrumental pedagogy) from the 5th semester onwards

Prerequisite:

General university entrance qualification (Abitur), passed aptitude test, proof of language level B2 (for foreign applicants) - deviating requirements are described in the special requirements for the aptitude test.

konsekutiver Masterstudiengang im Umfang von 120 ECTS-Credit Points, der die individuellen Kompetenzen der Studierenden erweitert und vertieft, qualifiziert für eine Tätigkeit als professionelle*r Musiker*in mit vielfältigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten in einem breiten und diversen Berufsfeld (im künstlerisch-praktischen, pädagogischen oder künstlerisch-wissenschaftlichen Bereich) in freiberuflicher oder angestellter Tätigkeit, Studienbeginn zum Winter- und Sommersemester möglich

NEW: Master of Music, 120 CP - Enrollment starting in 2026

Content:

künstlerisches Studium im Hauptfach Creative Music Project, ggf. ergänzt durch hauptfachbezogene Pflichtmodule in einem Kernbereich, Möglichkeit einer individuellen Schwerpunktsetzung durch die Anwahl entsprechender Wahlpflichtmodule im Profilierungsbereich
