- 1997, change of institution in order to work with Prof. B. Slokar at the Musikhochschule Freiburg im Breisgau
- since 2000, principal trombonist with the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin (RSB)
- 2001, completion of studies at the Musikhochschule Freiburg im Breisgau
- 2002, scholar with the 'Deutscher Musikrat'
