  • Studies at the Academy of Music in Karlsruhe with Gerhard Braun, at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis with Michel Piguet and Conrad Steinmann as well as at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag with R. Kanji
  • DAAD sponsorship in 1982/83 for studies at the Schola Cantorum
  • International orchestral concerts as a soloist as well as concerts with different chamber ensembles for e.g.  the ensemble that she founded 'Musica Letitiae' (together with Joachim Held-Lute; Lorenzo Ghielmi and Bernhard Klapprott-Cembalo; Sergio Azzolini-Barock bassoon and others)
  • Solo recitals
  • Close collaboration with the ensembles "Cantus Thuringia" and "Capella Thuringia"
  • Concerts with different Baroque ensembles
  • Performances in Baroque festivals including the Festival van Vlaanderen Brugge, Bruchsaler Barocktage, Güldener Herbst and in international festivals such as the Juni Festwochen Zürich, Bachwoche Ansbach, Kunstfest Weimar, Kuhmo Chamber Music Festival (Finnland) etc
  • Tours in collaboration with the Goethe-Institute in different West African countries and the Ukraine
  • Recordings with EMI, Ambitus and Capriccio of music from the 17th Century from Italy and England as well as works from the German Baroque Period
  • TV-productions with ARD (Portrait brief music exploration), ZDF and others
  • Teacher of master classes
  • Since 1995 Professor of Recorder at the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar
