Hello everyone,

we are looking for new flatmate moving in 4 of April :)

This is the largest room in the apartment and has two windows facing the courtyard, which makes it bright and quiet. The cut of the room is almost square.

The room has been recently painted and is given unfurnished, so you are completely free in creating your own space in it

We live between the campus of Bauhaus University, Rudolf-Breitscheidstraße and Reba. The local supermarket is 3 minutes away from us, as well as the Ilmpark. We have two bus stops right next to us and the train station is a 20 min walk away. In that sense, we live in a microcosm where everything is literally at your doorstep.

Your roommates would be:

David (26),finishing rn Integrated Urban Development and Design in the Master's program. He likes to read, drink coffee in the kitchen and a beer in the evening in Salon. He is the social glue of the WG and also "oldest" tenant in the apartment.

Iffat (29), recently graduated from IUDD and is currently developing a plastic recycling startup (cool, we know) with David and looking for a job in urban planning. The owner of a talent for poetry, the sharpest jokes and courage worthy of envy

Marcela (22), studying first year of Environmental Engineering at Bauhaus. Despite such a serious program, he is the most smiling and cheerful person in our house. Regular visitor to salsa Thursdays in Mascha, all-weather runner and knows avocado recipes besides avocado toast( crazy!)

Alex (24), started an architectural master's program at the Bauhaus this year. She could easily be a work-life balance coach, because she successfully combines architecture, serious sport (hockey in Jena) and at the same time is always ready to party at M18 or host dinner with friends.

We often come together in the living room and kitchen to share meals, conversations, and relaxation time. Still, we respect individual privacy and moods, always there for each other when needed.

We occasionally throw parties when everyone's up for it, and it's common for us to have friends over for meals or afternoon coffee and cake.

If you would like to live with us, feel free to send us a message with some info about you and your ideas about life in a shared flat.

The room is theoretically for rent from 25.05 on, if you need the room a little later we can talk about sharing the rent
