Since March 2017, he has systematically recorded the complete works of the composers Pfitzner and Korngold on Naxos, with the pianist Klaus Simon. From 2005-2009, he was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Mainfrankentheatre in Würzburg. Since the 2009/10 season, he has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar, and can be heard singing the major parts within his field.
