  • 20 years as soloist in numerous orchestras (Rundfunkorchester Leipzig, MDR Sinfonieorchester, Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin)
  • Member of diverse chamber music ensembles, including the Bach-Collegium Stuttgart, the "Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach" Chamber Orchestra and the Victoria-Mullova-Ensemble
  • Since 1979 teacher at the Academy of Music "Hanns Eisler" in Berlin
  • Since 1997 Professor of Viola at the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar
  • Concert tours in Europe, Asia and North and South America
  • Numerous radio, CD and television recordings
