  • Born in Steinfurt in 1982
  • Studied with Antje Weithaas at the University of Arts Berlin, with Igor Ozim at the Mozarteum Salzburg and with Donald Weilerstein at the New England Conservatory Boston
  • Teaching Assistant of Donald Weilerstein at the New England Conservatory Boston
  • Since 2011 on faculty at the University of Music and Theatre "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Leipzig
  • Violin and chamber music teacher at the Euro Music Arts Festival 2015-2018, has given additional master classes in Italy, the Ukraine und the USA
  • First prize winner e.g. at the International Wolfgang Marschner Competition 2005, the California International Young Artists Competition 2007 and the Donald Portnoy International Violin Competition 2009
  • Prize for contemporary music at the Ruggiero-Ricci-Competition 2007 for her interpretation of  Etude IV by Jörg Widmann
  • Concerts as a soloist in Europe, Russia, Argentina and the USA with renowned orchestras such as the Deutsche Symphonieorchester Berlin, the Nürnberger Symphoniker, the Hamburger Symphoniker, the Moscow Symphony Orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus and the USC Symphony Orchestra
  • Chamber music concerts at the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, the Rheingau Music Festival, the Zermatt Festival Switzerland and the Yellow Barn Festival USA, e.g. with her "TenHagen Quartet"
  • Has toured through China, Portugal, France, Argentina, Uruguay, Russia and the USA
  • Radio recordings and broadcasts by Bayern 4 Klassik, WDR 3, Deutschland Radio
  • CD recordings "Eastern Impressions" together with the Canadian pianist Christina Wright-Ivanova, "Musique Romantique" with chamber music works and "Northern Lights" with Nordic violin concertos together with the Folkwang Kammerorchester Essen under the direction of Johannes Klumpp
  • Since 2018 Professor of violin at the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar
