→ Online Registration 

The online registration portal will remain open until the registration deadline. Here you can create an user account as of the registration deadline and gradually complete your details. Only after having completed the registration, no more changes are possible.

Registration deadline: 17 January 2022

The following documents are required for online registration:

For the ensemble

• a short biography
• a recent photo, that may be published within various competition documents free of charge (at least 300 dpi)
• a programme of the works to be performed (binding)

For each ensemble member

• a copy of either birth certificate or passport
• a resume detailing completed studies

The application fee for the ensemble is 150 Euro, which is to be transferred with the online-application (paypal, invoice).

There will be no refund, if the ensemble chooses to withdraw from the competition. Exception: If it is not possible for you to come to Weimar due to corona, the registration fee will be refunded if you cancel by 31 March 2022. We ask for proof in this case. A free cancellation of a booking at our partner hotel Leonardo is possible until 3 days before the start of the competition.

International ensembles, particularly from Eastern Europe, may apply for an exemption from the application fee.

A confirmation of acceptance will be sent out by the 1st of February 2022 at the latest. In cases of non-acceptance the application fee will be refunded 100%.
