Enrolment

The applicant will generally receive notification from us within four weeks after the audition. This letter contains the audition result, and will provide enrolment information should your application have been successful. For postgraduate applications, it may take more than four weeks for notification to be sent to you. The entitlement to enrolment is valid only for the term specified in the notification letter.

You must enrol yourself within the given period. Enrolment is completed by using the appropriate form, which may be sent to us via post.


You will need:
  • Proof that you have paid the current termly fee
  • Proof that you have paid any other fees/costs incurred in relation to your course
  • Proof that you are registered for health insurance, in accordance with the relevant 'Studentenkrankenversicherungs-Meldeverordnung' of 27 March 1996 (BGBl. I. page 568), or proof of exemption from this requirement
  • Students from other EU countries will need to include a completed E-128 form
  • Any outstanding documentation of your right to attend university ('Hochschulzugangsberechtigung'), or outstanding degree certificates
  • If you are changing university, you will need to provide a certificate of de-registration from your previous institution
Registration cannot be completed if any of these documents is missing
